Injection Moding

    Innotex implements computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools and methodologies, Mold Flow Analysis, early in the design cycle in order for engineer molders to communicate effectively at the concept stage prior to building any physical models. Innotex Global Services uses state-of-the art injection molding machines to develop high quality prototypes and products as well as optimize the number of mold cavities used and plastic material utilized to ensure overall efficiency.

    Innotex Global Services has over 70 injection molding machines with a capacity ranges from 50 tons to approximately 650 tons. Shot ranges offered are from a minimum of 2.5 ounces to a maximum shot size of 65 ounces. Innotex Global Services also has several injection blow-molding machines.
