Project Management

    Innotex Global Services utilizes a Secure Web Implementation Site (SWIS) for file sharing and communication of project advances and progress throughout the design and engineering process. Microsoft Project system is also used for project management.

    Our customer service department also works directly with our customer's procurement managers to effectively forecast product requirements, production lead times, input and confirmation of purchase orders, and coordinate logistics with our shipping department. Weekly status reports are posted and communicated to ensure constant communication between Innotex and our customers.
