Quality Control
Innotex Global Services utilizes quality control processes throughout the entire
design process, so that we can ensure quality and standards are met and exceeded
beyond our customers' expectations.
We use Statistical Process Control (SPC) charting and analysis software to monitor
tolerance levels and permissible deviations, which is established per process and
created in the product development and engineering cycles.

We also utilizes process capability (Cpk) indexes to monitor the performance of
individual machines, so that we can help to minimize potential defects and
permissible tolerance levels established.
Through our factories and processes, Product specification sheets are maintained per
product with approval from both our engineers and our customer's engineers to ensure
original product guidelines. Prior to any modification, recommendations to products
are reviewed with both engineer teams to ensure final approval and implementation
into the established process.
Performance metrics and scorecards are also established per engineer, employee and
workstation to further ensure quality standards are met throughout Innotex Global
Service.
