Testing Labs

    Our engineers can predict and solve injection molding manufacturing problems in advance, whether it is in the earliest stages of product development, in the product design process, during product optimization, or overall improvement, by using several testing centers in our China factories.

    Innotex Global Services uses optical and contact Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMM) for precise measurements of finished parts to be replicated in the initial design process and includes measuring lengths along the x, y and z axes as well as resolution and work piece weight.

    We perform Plastic Testing, which includes testing of impact strength, tension strength, melt flow index, stress analysis, and color analysis.

    We also has several Environmental Testing Chambers, including large walk-in chambers that allow our engineers to test under various extreme environmental conditions including humidity and temperature fluctuations.
